1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services, mobile applications, or games provided by Keymaker Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our mobile applications on devices you own or control
• Access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes
• Use our SaaS products in accordance with your subscription plan

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer, sublicense, or resell our services to any third party
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our services are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Our right to modify subscription fees with prior notice
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Keymaker Technologies LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

If our services allow you to post, upload, or submit content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and providing our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keymaker Technologies LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
